Jill Vidal (衛詩)

Jill Vidal (Wei Si) is Hong Kong singer and sister of Janice Vidal, a popular sister in Hong Kong. Jill Vidal and her boyfriend Kelvin Kwan was once arrested in 2009 due to drug possession in Tokyo.

Two years have elapsed and now Jill was successfully recovered from the drug rehabilitation. Free from drugs and reborn a dedicated Christian, Jill Vidal attended the premiere for the film ‘The Beaver’ this July 2011.

As a singer, Jill has released 3 albums so far : Hit Me (2006), Diamond Love (2006), Jillympics (2008)

Jill gains freedom, spreads the gospel

Successfully recovering from drug rehabilitation, Jill Vidal has turned to religion to help with a fresh start in her life. Over the past year, Jill has been giving time to the church and helps spread the gospel. Yesterday, Jill wrote about her story on a gospel website revealing her thoughts and opinions about her road to recovery. On the other hand, Jill remains under the management of Amusic, however management yesterday revealed: “The company management team had been discussing Jill’s case and have come to the decision to terminate her contract with immediate effect.” The Amusic management expressed best wishes for Jill in her future career.

After finding out about the news, Jill’s sister Janice expressed total support for her sister. Yesterday Janice received an interview and said: “Jill has changed a lot. Everybody has a past. She is now happy and considerate towards friends. I hope she will be able to continue being a singer and wish a record company will give her an opportunity.”
