Vivien Yeo (楊秀惠 – Yeo Siew Hui) is a Malaysian Chinese actress but now under contract to TVB Hong Kong. Vivien Yeo started her career as a model in Malaysia, joined several contest like Miss Astro Chinese International Pageant 2003, Miss Malaysia Chinese International 2003, before started her acting career in TVB drama “Sunshine Heartbeat”.
Malaysia is not a chinese country, but had produced so many chinese celebrities into Hong Kong, Taiwan, or China. Angie Cheong (Cheong Wai Yee) is one of another Malaysian Chinese actress who succeed in Hong Kong. Vivien Yeo won Miss Astro Chinese International 2003 and represented Malaysia at Miss Chinese International 2004. Angie Cheong won Miss Chinese Malaysia 1992 and represented Malaysia at Miss Chinese International 1993 in Hong Kong.
Born in Johor Bahru, Viven Yeo entered the world of TVB after hosted several TVB8 Programs in Hong Kong such as E-News Front Line 2007, Mega Beauty Squad, Culinary Travels.
